SHINE D3( 60000 IU ) Chewable Tablet is used to treat vitamin D deficiency. It helps the body absorb calcium, which is essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones.  It raises vitamin D levels in your blood, which increases calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food. It should be taken as directed by your physician. It is best taken with or after food.
