It is combination of amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker medication and losartan, a angiotensin receptor blocker medication. Both are use to lower the blood pressure. This medication is to be used under doctor prescription. The tablet can be taken with or without food but is beneficial if taken at same time. Dizziness, nausea, low blood pressure are some common side effect of this medication.
