Stemetil Tablet is used in the treatment of vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and migraine caused by various conditions. Additionally, can be used as a short-term treatment for non-psychotic anxiety. It is a vestibular suppressant, i.e., it suppresses the vestibular apparatus in the inner ear by blocking the H1 receptor and stops vertigo. The most common side effect is sedation or drowsiness, therefore, it is not advisable to drive or and operate machineries.
